About Institute
The institute was established in the year 1991 at Nagaon in Dhule district of Khandesh region of Maharashtra state.
This institution is imparting the best quality education to the society as it has been done by Nagaon Education Society, started at by Late Hon. Annasaheb Dattatray Waman Patil with a view to make enormous opportunities for the rural masses in higher and technical education since last 26 years. As on date the institute is spread over 4.63 hectors area and provides accommodation for College building, office, classrooms, drawing halls, laboratories, workshops etc. with built up area of 17000 m2 .
All laboratories, classrooms etc are designed as per the norms of statutory bodies. The institution has a good collection of reference books, textbooks, periodicals and journals.
The institute is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and Government of Maharashtra, and is affiliated to North Maharashtra University Jalgaon.
The Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff of the institute is a blend of senior experienced and young dynamic faculty members devoted to the noble cause of education. Many of our students were the toppers in the university examinations.
Our training and placement wing tries hard to seek good jobs for our students. In addition to the academics, the students are engaged in sports and cultural activities to provide a healthy relief from rigorous academic routine. The institute is having specious ground and the modern facilities for both indoor and out door games for mental as well as physical fitness. Many of our students have topped at University, state and National level in different technical events.
The institute at present provides four-year course leading to Bachelor’s Degree from North Maharashtra University in five disciplines as Civil, Computer, Mechanical, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering and one post-graduate studies in Electronics and Telecommunication (Digital Electronics). The Institute has also established Research Centers for Ph.D. programme in Mechanical Engineering.
