Protection of human rights is but obvious for all round development of an individual’s personality. As per the guidelines of Apex Bodies and Governing Body, College Grievance Redressal Committees have been constituted to address and effectively resolve grievances of the learners, parents and staff leading to secured civil liberties for everybody. Existence of such cells also induces the belief in the minds of the stakeholders about the impartiality of the governance to address the grievances. It provides the confidentiality and support to the individual or group in case of any issue.
Grievance can be registered personally. Utmost care has been taken about the confidentiality. Once the grievance is received, it is directed to appropriate Grievance Redressal Cell for the further course of action. The grievance redressal cell after receiving the grievance, scrutinizes the grievance meticulously and further course of action is decided. If required, evidence collection, in person inquiry and verification of evidence(s) are carried out. Once the process is completed within a timeline, the detail report is submitted to the Head of the Institute. This report contains all the facts, observations, suggestions, findings and recommendations relevant to the registered grievance. Depending on the veracity and severity of the grievance the Head of the Institute instigates the appropriate action. All the actions taken are without any favor, fear and victimization.
